Grant Team ($699/mo, $6,990/yr) adds post-award 2 CFR 200 fund accounting with NICRA rates, SF-425, and SF-270. Enterprise (starts at $1,299/mo) adds unlimited seats and the subrecipient portal. How does billing work?

Plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans are charged per month; annual plans are charged once per year (for example, Grant Board is $390 charged once per year, billed annually). Add-ons and one-time services are charged at their listed price. Enterprise is quoted and invoiced after a conversation with our team.

Do I need the add-ons?

The Grant Compliance Suite ($299/mo) is for Grant Board, Grant Builder, and Grant Builder+ plans — it adds the 2 CFR 200 audit tools, automated SF-425 reporting, and Sage Intacct & Blackbaud connectors already included in Grant Team, so Grant Team and Enterprise don't need it. The Subrecipient Portal ($399/mo) is for plans below Enterprise — Enterprise already includes it. Grant Analytics ($149/mo) adds visual dashboards for win rates, reviewer feedback, and board reporting and is available to any plan.

Grant Board includes one user. Grant Builder includes one writer seat, Grant Builder+ includes three writer seats plus unlimited read-only reviewers, and Grant Team includes five writer seats ($49 per additional seat) with unlimited reviewers. Enterprise has unlimited writer seats.

Fractional Development Officer ($2,500/mo) is a dedicated strategist managing up to two major NOFO submissions each month. Full-Service Grant Writer ($4,500/mo) provides a dedicated senior grant writer for your pipeline, drafting, and submissions — scope, capacity, and terms are agreed in writing before the engagement starts. Post-Award Setup ($1,200 per grant) is a one-time setup, NICRA rate verification, and Single Audit readiness review.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the pricing page; the new plan replaces your current subscription and unlocks the features that go with it. If you outgrow a plan, the relevant add-on often fills the gap without a full tier change.

What is the partner portal?

The partner portal is a dedicated workspace for the organizations you work with. Each partner logs in and sees their own tasks — the work assigned to them, progress, due dates, and reply history — and can reply with status and percent-complete updates. Partners never see other partners' tasks or your other projects.

How do I get access?

Access is decided by the system, not the browser: Norbeck staff can open the portal for any partner directly. Partner members need two things — an account linked to their partner system (a staff member links your email to the partner system) and an active paid subscription on the account that purchased the plan. If either is missing you'll see a short note explaining which one is missing instead of any tasks.

How do I link a team member to a partner system?

Norbeck staff see a Partner members box at the bottom of the portal page. Enter the member's email, pick their partner system, and click Link member. The person must have signed up first — link after they've created their account.

What do partners see and do?

Accepted Answer

Each task shows its status, a progress bar, the due date, and who requested it, with the full reply history underneath. Partners can write a reply, change the status, and set the percent complete. The update appears immediately for your team, with a note of who sent it and through which portal.

Will partners see each other's work?

No. Tasks are filtered by the partner system each member is linked to, including system aliases — one partner's tasks, projects, and replies are never visible to another partner.

What happens if the paid subscription lapses?

Portal access is tied to an active paid subscription. If the plan is cancelled or expires, partner members lose access to the task list and replies until the subscription is renewed. Your team's data is preserved and everything reappears when the plan is active again.

How do tasks get to partners from my projects?

From any project, use the Assign work button in the partner systems panel (or the Partner systems board) to send a task to a partner system. The task travels with the shared project code, so acceptance and every later update file back onto the same project automatically. You can also assign work by asking Leroy in chat.
