Subscription Renewal, Cancellation & Conditional Refund Policy

All subscriptions to NTI Grants are billed annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Billing settings. Upon cancellation, your auto-renewal will be disabled immediately, and your account will retain full access to all plan features through the conclusion of your current paid annual billing cycle.

14-Day Limited Refund Policy

New annual subscribers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of their initial purchase date, subject strictly to zero platform consumption:

• A refund will only be approved if the account has initiated zero (0) AI proposal generations, zero (0) Statement of Need or Logic Model builds, and zero (0) SF-424 exports.
• Initiating any AI-assisted grant generation, document build, or export constitutes full consumption of the core software license and immediately waives all rights to a refund.
• After fourteen (14) days from the initial transaction date, or upon the execution of any AI generation feature, all fees are non-refundable. Mid-term cancellations do not entitle the subscriber to prorated refunds.
